Job Description/Skills Required
- Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies
- Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
- Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring
- and contract negotiation
- Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan
- Represent Smile Invest on the board of directors or supervisory board of portfolio companies
- Prepare MIS reports, Financial Reporting and share the same
- Prepare and ensure that reporting of all compliances is updated in the internal system as per defined norms and timelines
